I can have one in the bedroom without it hurting my eyes when I look at it, or keeping me or my husband awake. I can keep one in the bathroom without it hurting our eyes when we walk in there in the middle of the night. It’s a perfect, soft light just to light your way and gently see into the dark. I love that they turn on and off with a sensor that senses when it’s dark and the light needs to be on. These last an extremely long time since they are LED. You literally just plug them in and don’t have to think about them for years. I bought these two to put in my travel bag, they are so helpful when you are traveling. Whether it’s a hotel room or a family memeber’s house, I can find my way at night.

Just enough light!
I purchased these night lights to give my mom some more illumination at night. These lights are not loo bright as to interfere with sleep. They work perfectly and dim (and shut off) as your room brightens in the morning. These were a good value and are still going strong.

Amount of light coming from the night lights is appropriate. Dusk to dawn sensor is a plus. Price is right.

Good for people who want low light and want to see in the dark
Does what I would like as someone who generally likes complete darkness. It is auto-sensitive to low light but has a fairly high tolerance so it doesn’t come on unnecessarily. It also isn’t super bright, soft, just enough light to see with that doesn’t mess with nighttime vision. I was tired of tripping over things and filling up the wrong cat dish at 4 am.

A great night light that won’t blind you when you’re half asleep
My wife and I were looking for an ideal night light for the bathroom so we don’t have to blind ourselves when we use the bathroom at night. This light is exactly what it describes and exactly what we were looking for. Super simple, shuts off when there’s enough light around it, and it is not blinding when you’re half asleep. That being said when you’re room is really dark it does give off enough light that you might not want to sleep in the same room as it.
